Since tonight is the big premiere of SATC 2, it seems appropriate that I woke up with this epic jingle playing in my head. Then I turned on the TV and who else is on Regis & Kelly but Miss SJP herself. I don't think I'll escape the infamous ladies of love until I finally see the much-anticipated film tonight!

Two for Flinching

Two songs rolling around my brain this morning.

1. "Funky Town" by Lipps, Inc.  Probably because of this.

2.  "Gives you Hell" by All American Rejects.  I can't explain this one, because I think I've only ever heard this song once or twice, but it was the more persistent in my brain.

Whenever the roommate and I were feeling down-and-out, this jam was there to pick us up and dance it out. I just watched Reality Bites, a fitting film for post-grad life, and this classic tune has been rockin' in my noggin' ever since.
